Multinational technology company Apple has announced the launch of Apple Sports, a free app for the iPhone that delivers real-time scores, key statistics, and more. The app is Apple's first in the sports arena, marking the tech giant's entrance into live sports.
Designed for speed and simplicity, the app's personalized experience puts users' favourite leagues and teams front and centre, featuring an easy-to-use interface designed by Apple. Upon launch, users can access live data from the English Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga, NBA, NHL, and MLS, among other leagues.
Apple Sports allows users to customize their scoreboards by following their favourite teams, tournaments, and leagues. Fans can easily navigate between scores and upcoming games and explore live game information like team stats, lineup details, etc. Apple Sports is available to download now in the App Store in the U.S., the U.K. and Canada.
