African Messaging App Ayoba Assures Users of Full Privacy and Security Protection

Ayoba has reiterated its focus on protecting their users’ privacy and security by reassuring its users that it’s not possible for messages in the app to be read by anyone, or shared to any third parties.

Ayoba is a free instant messaging app for Android devices that (uniquely) lets you can chat to anyone regardless of whether they have the Ayoba app or not.

With the MTN-powered app, you can securely send and receive text messages, voice messages, videos, images, audio and other files with any of your contacts, using your mobile internet connection (data). It also gives you total control of who you chat with, by letting you easily block and unblock contacts.

Its peer-to-peer private messaging are end-to-end encrypted and personal contacts and location info will only available to other users if the account owner explicitly shares them.

The app, which features up to 22 languages, including English, French, Portuguese and various African languages, further distinguishes itself by ensuring that all the content on its public content channels are curated, therefore maintaining its 100% family-friendliness.
