MTN Nigeria has launched a fully digitized retail store in Lagos. The store hosts a shopping environment where customers can quickly locate products, discover new offerings, and resolve queries using digital tools. Additionally, they can receive support from friendly staff.

The retail store features a ticket-based queue management system that streamlines customer flow and reduces wait times. The store also has a Smart Kiosk, which allows for self-service options. Customers can register their lines or swap their SIM cards. Additionally, the kiosk enables customers to make payments via card, complete with a receipt printer for transaction records.

For added convenience, the store also has a camera-equipped interface, a passport and ID scanner, a paperless fill-in form smart table, and a rapid biometric fingerprint scanner to ensure quick and secure identity verification and documentation. It also includes a cash dispenser, SIM dispenser, and a cash acceptor for seamless transactions.

Chief Operating Officer of MTN Nigeria, Hassan Jaber, expressed pride in launching this innovative store, stating that it uses technology to make shopping easier, faster, and more enjoyable for customers.

MTN Nigeria plans to expand this digital retail model to other cities, making the digital shopping experience accessible to its broad customer base. The opening of this store demonstrates the company's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, leveraging technology to improve lives.
